Universal Gas Pycnometer Control System for Large Volumes
To determine volume (density) of industrial products of specific geometry or size, custom-designed pycnometers are needed.

To reduce the time and high cost of such pycnometers development, the user designs only the sample and reference chambers plus a calibration object and an optional vacuum source. 

​Connecting the chambers to PycSys LV™ forms a complete and automated gas (Helium) pycnometer. 
Features:
- Complete solution: control box, accessories, and software, with optional laptop
- High reliability design: practically no leaks, with built-in 40 micron high throughput filters
- Optional in-line filter of proprietary design (replaceable filters of 2, 5, 10 or 20 microns)
- Universal operation: can pressurize first either reference or sample chamber
- Gas saving mode when reference chamber is pressurized first
- Versatile software design to allow user-defined experiments
- Software works with any 32 or 64-bit Windows® OS
- High accuracy pressure transducers
- 24-bit data acquisition
- High flow and low power solenoid valves
- Vacuum valve and DPDT power relay for controlling user vacuum source
- 12 V DC regulated table-top power supply of universal AC input (100 – 240 V AC)
- Low power consumption, a few Watts during operation
